Presentation of team members, their roles and responsibilities.

Susan Sontag

Project Leader: Michaela Machovicova (eCommerce)

Michaela is in charge of the project and the research concept, organizing and planning different stages, and overlooking the time frame. She participates in Guerrilla research, looking for potential participants, and collecting answers from mobile usability testing.

 

Communications Manager: Dominika Kalasova (Marketing and Communications)

Dominika is in charge of communication, spreading the word out about the research, writing a blog posts about the progress of the project, and the news from Silicon Valley. Besides the communication, she participates in Guerrilla research, interviewing participants, and recording answers from mobile usability testing.

 

Analyst: Martin Melichercik (Business Intelligence)

Martin M. is the key person for getting us all possible data we need, especially at the beginning of the project and also when gathering data, helping us with statistics, counting deviation/probability etc. He also participates in Guerrilla research.

 

Researcher: Tiago Seabra (Quality Assurance, mobile applications)

Tiago participates in Guerrilla research, interviewing participants, and collecting data from the research. He also observes customers during mobile usability testing, and then chooses the best solutions for improvement of those applications and offer wall.

 

Solutions Architect: Martin Appl (Mobile developer - Android, UX)

Martin A. is mainly focused on building prototypes and incorporating already collected feedback that will lead into improved user experience and increased user base and revenue. Besides that he participates in Guerrilla research and mobile usability testing.
