Getting ready for our Project

Regarding our project (Mobile usability testing of three priority Avast mobile apps), we met with the product managers of the mobile apps before leaving to San Francisco.

They gave us introduction to the apps and share with us their expectations on how we could help them deliver valuable data. We would also like to express a special thanks to Jindra from the mobile team who helped us prepare the questionnaires, user testing scenarios and who also gave us a short training on how to do the guerilla research and the mobile usability testing.

To carry out the testing, we also needed to borrow several Android phones from our IT dept. and to get some Avast merchandising (pens, mints, lanyards) and to generate Mobile Premium licenses as a reward for the respondents and interviewers.

After all of this, we were finally ready to go.
